Wrong. Owned 2013 for 6 years, never had a problem. Maxima forums had a 2009 SV owner who had 400k miles on his with the original cvt. Change the fluid every 50k miles Nissan cvt fluid is expensive but I recommend you buy the Nissan or a well respected brand like Enos. Cvt fluid gets really hot and honestly should be changed imo
