It’s been a while since we’ve heard or seen anything about Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, the next entry in the series developed by Insomniac Games, but it looks like something about it may be coming in the next few days.
Earlier today, the game’s PlayStation Store page for Europe went live. The page unfortunately doesn’t reveal anything new about the game, but it clearly wasn’t accidentally broadcast, with Insomniac Games’ community manager telling fans on Twitter to add the game to their wishlist.

The store launch of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PlayStation wouldn’t be the only event to suggest some new announcements or reveals could be coming soon, as Venom rep Tony Todd suggested late last month that something was coming soon. With a new trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse set to premiere tomorrow, it wouldn’t be surprising if Insomniac took advantage of the hype surrounding the upcoming movie to drop some news about their highly anticipated game, too.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is currently in development for PlayStation 5 and will be released on a 2023 release date that has yet to be confirmed. We’ll keep you posted on the game as soon as more come out, so stay tuned for the latest news.
