This new update tweaks the performance of Wolfenstein Youngblood and Total War: Three Kingdoms. The company doesn’t specify which other titles have boosted performance in this new update, but we’ll update with more information as more titles come out.
The new driver also fixes color flickering while playing Grand Theft Auto IV and graphical stuttering while playing DOOM Eternal. Finally, DOTA 2 can be played if the system has Radeon Vulkan ray tracing installed.
Michael Larabelle of Phoronix also notes that acceleration improvements have been made for titles under Windows run by Linux in the Steam Play ecosystem by Valve with the help of DXVK and VKD3D-Proton.
AMDVLK driver is compatible with the following AMD graphics card series:
- Radeon RX 6900/6800/6700/6600/6500 Series
