NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics cards are already listed in China with prices over $1,000 USD.
NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Listed in China at Over $1,000 Dedicated Graphics Card Prices
NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics card doesn’t launch until the first week of January, but we’ve already seen it listed by retailers and there’s also been an early performance leak giving us a hint as to where the graphics card should land in creative applications. While the previous listing was nowhere near the real MSRP, the new prices listed in China could be the cost of the custom variants in the Asian region.
A user listed on Baidu has posted images of the MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Gaming X Trio and MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Ventus 3X graphics cards. According to lister, these cards are priced at 7199 RMB for the Ventus 3X and 7599 RMB for the Gaming X Trio variant.
- MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Ventus 3X – 7199 CNY (1034 USD)
- MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Gaming X – 7,599 CNY (1,092 USD)

Converted to US dollars, the Ventus 3X comes in at around $1,034, while the Gaming X Trio ends up at $1,092. These are much higher prices than an MSRP should be, but this is definitely where one should expect dedicated graphics cards to cost within Asian markets due to additional taxes.
“Official” NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB Specifications
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti will use an “Ada Lovelace” AD104-400 GPU configuration with 7680 cores or 60 SMs enabled which is a full fat SKU. The GPU will pack 48MB of L2 cache and feature a 192-bit bus interface, which is why we get up to 12GB of GDDR6X capacities. The memory is said to run at 21Gbps for a memory bandwidth of 504GB/s. The card is said to be clocked at 2610MHz but the peak frequency will be higher.
- “Official” NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB Graphics Card TBP – 285 watts
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti 8GB TBP “Official” – 290 watts
In terms of power, the TBP is now set to be rated at 285W which is a 35W drop versus the RTX 3080 10GB model and a 5W drop from the RTX 3070 Ti. The new graphics card is expected to perform better than the RTX 3080, but looking at specs beyond the 4080 16GB, there will be a significant gap between both models of about 30-40%.
