MSI Equips TITAN GT77 Laptop With GeForce RTX 40 GPU And 4K 144Hz Mini-LED

MSI is bringing the top of the premium Titan laptop series to 2023, the Titan GT77, with a bang by updating the laptop with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 GPU and high-end Intel processors. In addition, the screen will be upgraded to a Mini-LED panel with a 4K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate – a welcome upgrade for fans of the MSI Titan series laptops.

From the slides found by Notebookcheck’s website, it states below the processor that the MSI Titan GT77 will offer “Next-Gen GeForce Graphics”.

Since MSI Titan laptops feature powerful components, which makes the laptop a premium product, it can be speculated that NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 mobile processors are used in this laptop, possibly the GeForce RTX 4090 which was leaked just a few days ago. This will be similar to the HP Omen 17 gaming laptop which also features the same processor and graphics card as the MSI Titan GT77.

Four fans and eight copper heat pipes will keep the new MSI Titan GT77 cool under tricky situations, SteelSeries Cherry MX mechanical keyboard, and 99.9 Whr battery for extended gaming sessions. Two 2-watt speakers and the same number and wattage over the speakers are included in the chassis designed by Dynaudio. Wireless connectivity will be provided to users via WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.

The monitor will receive a higher refresh rate and produce 100% DPI-P3 color coverage, factory display color calibration, and support for the VESA DisplayHDR1000 standard. For processing power, the updated Titan laptops will use the Raptor Lake-HX processor, which offers 24 cores, making this latest version of the Titan laptops as beefy as the same desktops that use 13th Gen processors.
