Kill the Justice League will be released on May 26, 2023

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has received several cinematic trailers over the past year and some time, focusing on introducing the game’s world. Developed by Rocksteady, creators of Batman: Arkham games, the game is an action-adventure shooter that can be played with up to four players online, where players can fully explore Metropolis while being hunted down by the Justice League.

Earlier today, gaming house Warner Bros. launched the game. Games released a new trailer, showing more images of the game and revealing an in-game model of Batman. Players can control Deadshot, Harley Quinn, King Shark, and Captain Boomerang, each with their own unique combos designed to explore Metropolis.

You can view the all-new Suicide Squad: Kill Justice League trailer below.

All things considered, the characters look pretty good, but then again, there’s no actual gameplay. The footage for this track is completely in-engine, though, and shows a short scene with Captain Boomerang and Flash. Finally, the trailer also features Batman in the engine, with his famous line: “I am Vendetta, I am the Night, I am Batman!”.

The trailer concludes with a message that simply says, “Thank you Kevin,” reminiscing about Kevin Conroy’s untimely death a few weeks earlier and honoring him. Kevin Conroy has been voicing Batman in movies, TV shows, and video games since 1992. Kevin has also voiced Batman in the Batman: Arkham series, quite obviously culminating in Batman: Arkham Knight.
