Forspoken Off Story, Bosses and Twisted New York appear in over 10 minutes of gameplay

Over the past few weeks, a fair amount of Forspoken gameplay has been shared, showing off parkour, combat, and more. However, we still haven’t seen much in terms of the larger world and story. Thankfully, Square Enix just dropped a new piece of gameplay that showcases exactly that.

The video introduces us to the “Tanta” witches that rule the land of Athens. We see a boss fight with one and an interesting sequence where the other creates a devious, twisted version of New York to hunt down our hero, Fry. We also get a sneak peek at Breakbeasts – powerful enemies that can be fought within the Break, a dark force that will periodically take over Earth. Check out the latest Forspoken showcase for yourself below (warning, video contains some spoilers).

Looks interesting. We hope they really push each coach in Tanta as a unique challenge. Intrigued and want to try out the game for yourself? The Forspoken demo is available now via the PlayStation Store. This is the official description of the game…
